We write these pages and build these tools to help, but they stay general. Price, timing and scope bind us only once they are set out in a written estimate or agreement for your job, and the site’s content may change.

Submitting a request is not the same as booking. It creates no contract and guarantees no time; we get in touch to arrange the details.

The forms are for real requests. Spam, fake information and any effort to break the site count as misuse and are not permitted.

Ownership and links

Words, photographs, logo, design: these belong to us, and copying them requires our permission.

Other websites are not ours to control. Should you click through from the site to one, its own terms and privacy policy apply, our listing on a review site included.

Liability, law and updates

Our responsibility, in brief:

• each job is governed by the agreement made for it;
• within the limits of the law, we are not liable for losses from reliance on the site’s general information;
• the site is offered as it is, with no warranties.
