Book a Visit

Send the request below or call, and tell us what the door, the lock or the car is doing.

Send a Request for a Lock or Key Visit

Use the form for a house or apartment lockout, a rekey after a move, a deadbolt or keypad lock, a business lock or a car key. A name and a phone number come first; everything after that helps us understand the job before anyone drives out to it.

Required

We have your request. We will get back to you to go over the lock and the door.

Notes That Help Us Plan the Visit

A visit goes smoothly when we know what is happening before we arrive: a key snapped in the cylinder, a door that sticks, a lock that turns hard. If you can, put these in the message:

  • The door or the vehicle: a front, back or side door, a gate, a storefront or office door, or the make, model and year of the car.
  • The lock brand, if you can see a name on the face of the lock or on the key.
  • What happened, in your own words: the key will not turn, the key broke, the keys are inside, the lock is loose on the door.
  • Where the door is: the community, the ZIP code, and an apartment number or gate code if one is needed to reach you.
  • The best phone number to reach you during the visit, if it is not the one in the form.
  • A safe place to wait: in the shade or indoors on a hot afternoon, a lit spot after dark, inside the store if the car is locked in a parking lot.

Sending Photos of the Lock

Photos of the lock and the door help a lot. The request form has no place for pictures, so attach them to an email to office@maryvalelocksmith.com and put the name you used in the form in the subject line. One close photo of the lock face and one of the whole door, open if you can, show most of what we need to know.

Room to Work at the Door

Please clear the path to the door so there is room to set out tools and work without rushing. Most lock jobs are small, and the aim of every visit is a door that opens, closes and locks the way it should.

Calling works just as well as the form. Tell us the same things on the phone, and we will go over the lock and the door with you.
